JUSTIN WALLS, CPT

Justin has been a trainer for over a decade. He began training in 2008 with a certification in personal training from the American College of Sports Medicine, and has consistently added to his education. His education now includes myofascial release, medical exercise, senior fitness assessments, and post-rehab for when you finish your physical therapy. Justin doesn't just tell you to do burpees and bench press to get fit. He has dedicated himself to staying on top of the latest research and trends to keep his clients healthy and motivated, modifying to adjust to chronic issues, and regularly engages in community outreach on fitness.

There is no one size fits all for a Personal Training Plan, just like there is no one right size for people!
 

At Rockville Personal Training, you receive personalized attention to your goals. Our sessions are custom designed based on a comprehensive evaluation and assessment procedure to collect all the necessary data about you: We review your medical readiness for exercise, perform a full body analysis with the latest technology, and assess what types of activity and nutrition works best FOR YOU! Developing an individualized program requires a balance between our known data, your comfort level, and your budget. 

All clients are trained and coached personally by Justin.
